It started with a client who could not keep up on WhatsApp.
Victoria AI was born out of a concrete frustration: real businesses needed real automation, not demo chatbots.
Matías built the first agent for a client who received hundreds of inquiries over WhatsApp and had no team to handle them. The result was so decisive that the natural question became: what else can this do?
The answer came together with Bedre, a business consultancy with more than a decade of experience. Bedre brought real cases — and Victoria became the solution to problems that already had a name and a surname.
The logic has not changed since: every area we automate came out of a problem a company already had, not out of a laboratory idea. Today Victoria covers sales, administration, purchasing, collections and after-sales, with its own CRM as the base.

Passionate since childhood about technology, robots and video games, Matías Bonfigli —from Villa Allende, Córdoba— later discovered that his calling was improving business processes.
He set out to help companies automate tasks that until recently only people could do. That is why he created Victoria: a system of artificial intelligence agents able to carry out complete work inside a company.
Today he leads the Victoria AI team and remains involved in the design of every agent that goes into production.
