The customer sends the plate. The agent already knows what fits.

Victoria AI is an AI agent for dealerships, agencies and parts stores: it identifies the vehicle by licence plate, by VIN or by asking for make, model, version and year, and on top of that identification it finds the compatible parts, tells the customer what their trade-in is worth and answers about savings plans and financing lines. It works on the catalogs your business has connected, not on what the model assumes, and it logs every enquiry in the CRM with the vehicle, the owner and the next step.

It is the same Victoria sales agent, with the automotive functions switched on.

What comes in by chat

Every enquiry starts with the same question.

"Which car are we talking about?" Until that is settled there is no price, no compatibility and no quote. And today it gets settled by hand, one enquiry at a time.

Identifying the car eats half the conversation

Make, model, version, year and engine. Only then can anyone look something up. And if the customer sends the plate, someone has to translate it by hand.

Compatibility lives in someone’s head

The same part changes between versions of the same model and the same year. The person who has been behind the counter for twenty years knows it; whoever covered that Saturday does not.

The trade-in gets valued when the salesperson is back

The customer asks what you would give them for their car on a Sunday night. The answer arrives on Monday, and by then they have already asked in two other places.

Plans get explained from scratch every time

Instalments, allocation, requirements and what happens if a payment is late. The same explanation by phone, on WhatsApp and on Instagram, with the same doubts.

This is what businesses in the trade tell us when they get in touch. It is not a measurement of ours.

Identifying the vehicle

The car first. The price after.

The agent does not search by free text. It resolves the vehicle down to the exact version — make, model, version and year — and only then queries the catalog. If your business has a catalog connected that resolves plates or VINs, the customer just types one.

  • Two routes to the same vehicle: the plate or the VIN when the connected catalog resolves them, and the make, model, version and year questions when it does not.
  • It disambiguates versions: when that model and that year come in more than one version, the agent asks which one it is instead of picking one and carrying on.
  • It sends a photo of the part: not just the part number: it sends the images so the customer can confirm it is the right one before anything gets quoted.
  • It says which branch has it: availability is checked against your system and answered branch by branch, not as a blanket "yes, we have it".

What is not in the connected catalog does not exist for the agent: it says so and offers the alternative that is actually loaded.

What it resolves

Four questions of the trade, answered with nobody there.

With the vehicle already identified, the agent queries the connected catalogs and answers with the actual figure, not with a promise that someone will call back.

Compatible parts

It finds the parts that fit that vehicle, with their part number and their photo, and says which branch has stock.

What the trade-in is worth

It reports the trade-in value of the customer’s vehicle from the make, model, year and version they state.

Savings plans and financing

It answers about the plans currently on offer and the financing lines available, with the terms exactly as they are loaded.

Spec sheets, photos and documents

It sends the technical sheets, the images and the company files inside the same conversation.

Which of these functions stay active depends on the plan, the industry and the catalogs your business has connected: they are not all switched on in every account.

From enquiry to order

The part is the beginning, not the end.

Once the vehicle is identified, the journey is the same as any Victoria sale: a quote with your own prices, close, payment and the order logged.

  1. 01

    It identifies the vehicle

By plate, by VIN or by asking for make, model, version and year, down to the exact version.

  2. 02

    It queries the catalog

Compatible parts, trade-in value, current plans and stock branch by branch.

  3. 03

    It builds the quote

With the prices from your management system. It generates the quote as a PDF and sends it in the same chat.

  4. 04

    It closes and collects

A payment link inside the conversation, or bank details with automatic confirmation of the transfer.

  5. 05

It leaves the order and the appointment

The order is logged in your system and, if the business does servicing, the appointment is booked on the calendar.

The integrated payment gateways are Mercado Pago, Payway and Rebill. If your business collects with another one, that is custom development.

What gets logged

Every enquiry leaves a lead with the car inside.

The identified vehicle, the part that was quoted and the next step do not stay in the head of whoever answered: they stay in the CRM, with an owner and a date. When the customer writes again, whoever picks it up already knows which car it is.

The vehicle is stored in a custom field on the lead, so it can be filtered, segmented and used later for a service or seasonal campaign.

Scope and control

What the agent executes and what a person signs.

In this trade the difference matters more than in others: a part gets resolved end to end by chat, a car and a plan do not.

The agent

What it does on its own

With the functions enabled and the catalog connected, none of this needs anyone on the other side.

  • Identify the vehicle — by plate, by VIN or by asking down to the exact version
  • Find compatible parts — with part number, photo, price and stock by branch
  • Report the trade-in value — of the used car the customer describes
  • Answer about plans and financing — with the terms exactly as they are loaded
  • Quote, collect and log the order — and book the service appointment
A person

What stays with the team

Not because the agent falls short: because these are decisions a business does not delegate.

  • Inspect the trade-in — the value the agent reports comes from the valuation catalog, not from looking at the actual car
  • Sign up the plan — the paperwork and the signature are done by the team
  • Approve exceptions — discounts and terms outside the price list
  • Handover and registration — everything that happens outside the conversation
  • Define the scope — what the agent may do on its own is your company’s call

Every action the agent takes and every approval is audited inside the platform.

Where the limit is

What this page will not promise you.

The automotive functions exist and are in production, but they do not run on their own or out of thin air. These are the conditions, written down before you ask.

No connected catalog, no compatibility

Compatible parts, trade-in values and plans come from the catalogs your business has integrated. If that connection does not exist, the agent cannot stand in for it: it says so and hands over to a person.

The plate resolves the car if the catalog resolves it

Identification by plate or VIN depends on the connected catalog returning that data. When it does not, the agent gets to the same vehicle by asking for make, model, version and year.

Not every function is switched on

What the agent can execute depends on the plan, the industry and the integrations contracted. Each account’s scope is defined before you start, not along the way.

The first training is not self-service

The agent is trained by the Victoria team during implementation, with your catalog and your rules. After that your team makes the adjustments, by chat and without code.

The integrated logistics operator is PuniYa. Another courier or your own fleet is assessed as a custom integration.
