You ask in plain language. The dashboard builds itself.
You type or dictate the question and the AI builds the report from the real data in your system. No fixed templates, no manual filters, no waiting on anyone.
Query by text or by voice · Data from the CRM and the connected systems
From the question to the dashboard, on the same screen.
No filters to configure, no template to pick and no technical knowledge. The question is written the way you would say it to a person.
A simulation with fictional data. The report is generated on the real data in your system.
Any report, depending on the data you give it access to.
No fixed templates and no waiting on the accountant. The question is asked by text or by voice.
You ask in natural language
By text or by voice, from the CRM. Nobody has to know which table or which filter applies.
The AI reads the real data
It interprets the question and queries the information in the management system, not a summary and not an estimate.
It answers over WhatsApp when the question is simple
If the question does not need a dashboard, the answer arrives straight over WhatsApp with the figure.
How much did we sell last week by channel?
How many new leads came in this month and how many converted?
Which products sold the most last quarter?
How many opportunities have been open for more than 7 days?
Show me the ranking of salespeople by revenue this month
Sales by channel, product, period or salesperson. Leads, conversions and the sales pipeline. Trends and anomalies.
It is not a snapshot. You adjust it by asking for changes.
The report is corrected by talking to it, saved under a name and run again whenever you need it.
- 01
You ask for the report
You type or dictate the question and the system builds KPIs, tables, charts and insights on the real data.
- 02
You ask for the adjustments
"Add the IVA column and sort by margin". The report is rebuilt with the change, without starting over.
- 03
You save it under a name
It stays available to run again whenever you want, with the data as of the moment you run it.
- 04
You export it
Download to CSV to keep working on it, or print and PDF to share it with whoever does not use the system.
The system proposes suggested reports when you do not know where to start.
Every number says where it came from.
A report with no traceability is no use for deciding. Here you know which system contributed each figure.
Multi-source reports
The administration version queries data from Victoria or from the connected ERPs, and always states which source each figure came from. When a number does not match across systems, you see why.
- Data from Victoria CRM and from the connected systems
- The source stated explicitly in every report
- Drill-down from the number to the records that make it up
Why do we win and lose?
A specific analysis over the last 90 days that crosses won and lost opportunities with the reasons recorded. It is not an opinion: they are the reasons the team entered on closing.
- Loss reasons at opportunity level and at lead level
- Comparison of closing time between won and lost
- Performance by salesperson and by source channel
- It runs on demand, with no prior configuration required
Marking an opportunity as lost forces you to pick a reason: that is why the analysis has something to work with.
See integrations with your systemAnticipate instead of reacting.
Models trained on your own base: your opportunities, your closing times and your loss reasons.
- Optimistic
- Realistic
- Pessimistic
- Confidence interval
A forecast at 30, 60 and 90 days with a pessimistic, realistic and optimistic scenario, and its confidence interval. It is there to plan purchasing, stock and headcount.
- Three scenarios with a confidence interval
- Forecast of future leads with a growth rate
- Breakdown by source
Forecasts need at least 10 closed opportunities to be reliable. If there is not enough data, the system says so before showing the number.
What to expect from this module. Beta
The module is available and in use. Like any module in beta, a report may need an adjustment before you take it as final.
In beta, and available
AI Reports carries a beta badge inside the application. It generates the report on the real data in the system and may need you to ask it for a correction. We would rather say so up front.
It depends on the data you have
The AI reports on the information you give it access to. If a figure is not loaded in any system, it does not appear in any report. The quality of the report is the quality of your data.
Every number can be opened
Any KPI opens up and shows the leads and the opportunities that make it up, with search, sorting and access to the chat. You verify it, you do not take it on trust.
With the permissions of each user
The report respects the permissions of the user who asks for it. Someone whose scope is "only my own" reports on their leads and their data, not on the whole company.
Your data is not used to train external models and is not shared with third parties.
