Products, descriptions and variants come from the ERP. What gets published is what you enable.

Each visitor sees the price on their list and the real availability at the moment of buying.

It loads the order
On confirming the purchase, the order is created in the ERP with the customer, the items and the terms.

It follows your circuit
Invoicing, picking and dispatch happen where they always have. The site does not create a parallel process.
The salesperson lives inside the website.
It recommends products, quotes, takes payment, loads the order and arranges the shipment. If the visitor leaves, the conversation carries on through whichever channel they choose.
- It works on any website — Even if we did not build the site. It comes with Victoria by default.
- It carries the conversation outside — It starts in the site chat and continues on WhatsApp or another channel, in the same thread.
- It requires the service contracted — The agent is part of the Victoria plan; the site can be contracted without it.
With Victoria CRM contracted, every purchase is recorded as a customer and an operation. Submitted forms and abandoned carts are recorded too. Anonymous visitors are not recorded: only the ones who sign in.

Hosting, SSL, daily backup, maintenance, monitoring and support. You choose the frequency.
Victoria CRM and the AI agents are part of the Victoria plan and are contracted separately: they have no bearing on the web development. You can have the site without the CRM, or the CRM without the site.
