Training

An agent that learns to operate like your company.

It learns your catalog, your prices, your sales process and the way you speak. It answers with your brand identity and acts inside your systems.

Training is stage 4 of the process: 3 to 7 business days.

Stage 3

All the information comes in through a single form.

We send it to you after discovery. It is six blocks of questions and it is filled in once.

Identity and goals of the agent

What it is called, who it serves and what it has to achieve in each conversation.

General company information

Industry, opening hours, location and everything a customer asks before buying.

Catalog of products and services

The full catalog, with what sets each product apart and what is worth offering alongside it.

Sales process step by step

How your team sells today: what is asked first, when a quote is made and how the sale is closed.

Tone, language and personality

How your brand speaks: warm or formal, brief or explanatory, with which words and with which not.

Common objections

The five things that always stall a sale and how your best sales rep answers them.

The more complete the information, the better the agent performs. It is the stage where the quality of the result is most defined.

Tone and execution

It speaks like your company and operates in your system.

Tone is not a cosmetic detail: it decides whether the customer feels they are talking to your brand or to a form.

  • Your way of speaking — The agent uses the vocabulary, the level of formality and the expressions you defined in the form.
  • Your information, not a generic one — It answers with your catalog, your prices and your real terms, queried live from your system.
  • Your process — It follows the order in which your team sells, not a standard script.

The limit

How far the agent goes is up to you.

Training is also deciding when not to answer. The escalation rules are configured together with the rest of the training.

Saying where the limit is is part of the training, not a restriction of the product.

  • Your company defines the scope

The agent carries out every action we give it tools for. The more access it has to your system, the more it resolves end to end.

  • The AI proposes, your team decides

Every sensitive action can require human confirmation. It is configured action by action, with rules per schedule and per owner.

  • Handover with full context

When it is warranted, the case goes to a person with the whole conversation, the customer history and what has already been resolved.

  • Escalation triggers

The system can hand over on its own from concrete signals: negative sentiment detected, a customer with no reply, or a team that did not answer within the defined time.

  • Everything is recorded

Every agent action, every status change and every handover stays in the customer timeline, audited inside the platform.

Stage 5

Your feedback defines the final quality.

Before the agent talks to a customer, it talks to you. The beta version exists for you to break it.

  1. 01

    We hand you the beta

The first working version, with your channels connected and your information loaded. With access for you and for anyone you want to add.

  2. 02

You test it as a customer

Write the way one of your customers would, badly included. Note the failures, the wrong answers, the shifts in tone and whatever is missing from the catalog.

    Your beta checklist
    • Test the agent the way a real customer would.
    • Note failures and wrong answers.
    • Record changes to tone, answers and flows.
    • Check the product, price and process information.
  3. 03

    We apply the adjustments

We fix errors, adjust answers and refine flows and escalation rules. Only then does the final delivery go out.

A couple of days of testing on your side completely changes the final result.

After delivery

Training does not end at delivery.

The agent keeps learning from your team’s real work, and we keep tuning it with you.

  • Conversations marked as an example

Your team can mark a conversation as a training example from the CRM. The conversations that went well serve as a reference for the next ones. Available depending on the plan.

  • Adjustments when the business changes

New products, new prices, a different season or a process that changed: the agent is updated without starting over.

  • Review with the team

We review with you what is getting stuck, which answers are worth rewriting and which actions are worth enabling.

Next step

Tell us how your team sells.

In the discovery meeting we reconstruct your sales process and define what the agent has to know and what it has to be able to do.

The information form arrives after that meeting, with the questions already narrowed down to your operation.
